Job Specification:

This pivotal role encompasses overseeing the day-to-day operations of the banking facility, encompassing product sales, customer service, lending, compliance, security, and safety, aligning with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Experience:

• Officer Level: Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Assistant Level: Candidates applying for Supervisor and Senior Assistant roles must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, while those applying for Assistant roles should have 1 year of experience.

Qualification:

• Officer Level: Candidates should hold a CA qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent, with a minimum of the 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.
• Assistant Level: A Bachelor’s degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with a minimum of the 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above is required.

Age Criteria:

• Officer Level: Applicants must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of the vacancy deadline.
• Assistant Level: Candidates should be between 18 and 35 years of age as of the vacancy deadline.
