Qualifications & Job Descriptions:

Candidates should possess a minimum of Plus 2 (intermediate) education, with preference given to those holding a Bachelor’s Degree. The ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to generate new business, retain existing clients, expand agency networks, and effectively manage agency distribution channels, alongside administrative and operational functions.

Other Skills, Experiences & Attributes:

• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in computer applications is required.
• Prior experience in the life insurance industry will be highly valued.
• Preference will be given to local applicants.
